Question: When does the CDDF 12th Spring Conference take place?

Answer: The CDDF 12th  Spring Conference will take place on 8-10 February 2021

Question: At what time does the CDDF 12th Spring Conference start?

Answer: The CDDF 12th Spring Conference will start on 8 February 2021 at 15:00 CET.

Question: Where does the CDDF 12th Spring Conference take place?

Answer: it is an entirely virtual event.

Question: Why has the 12th Spring Conference been transformed into a virtual meeting?

Answer: We were looking forward to seeing everyone at the conference in Noordwijk. However, the continuing threat of the COVID-19 pandemic led to the hard decision of going virtual. The safety and well-being of our speaker and attendees is always our priority.

Question: Will the virtual setting affect the quality of the Conference?

Answer: Absolutely not. Our virtual platform is equipped with many functions that will allow us to safely serve our participants but still provide new opportunities for knowledge exchange, engagement and interaction. We decided to schedule shorter sessions to adapt to the new setting and to deliver the agenda in more digestible segments.

Question: How does one session comprise of?

Answer: Each session of our programme consists of 2-4 lectures, a Q&A session, breakout sessions and/or a panel discussion. More information about breakout sessions will be available closer to the meeting date. Please find out the conference programme here.

REGISTRATION

Question: Does the CDDF grant free registrations for this conference?

Answer: Yes only if you are from non-commercial organizations, regulatory authorities, patient advocacy groups or CDDF Industry Partners Companies. Students and nurses also are granted free registrations.

Question: I am from the pharmaceutical industry. How do I know if my organization is CDDF Industry Partners?

Question: I have just registered for the conference, but haven’t received any confirmation email. What do I need to do?

Answer: Once you complete the CDDF registration form, the CDDF office will first review the form and approve your registration. Afterwards you will receive a confirmation email from the CDDF. This process will take 1 to 2 business days.

If your registration is a paid-registration, the CDDF will send you an invoice by email. After receiving proof of payment by email, the CDDF office will send you a confirmation email.

Question: My registration has been approved and successfully completed. How can I join the conference virtually?

Answer: Closer to the meeting date, you will be receiving an email that contains your login ID to CDDF’s virtual conference platform. After setting up your password by clicking a link in the email, you will be able to access the virtual conference platform.
