If you need accommodation during the workshop days, a hotel close to the venue offers a reduced rate for our participants (the venue hotel is now fully booked). The rate below is per room per night including breakfast and VAT. However, city tax is NOT included.

Transport 

[Directions to the venue by public transport]

From Schiphol airport:

By train (15 minutes):

1. From Amsterdam Schiphol airport train station, take any train that stops in “Hoofddorp”
2. Once in Hooffddorp, go out from the station via the exit “Hoofdoorp” and head est toward Polarisavenue (take the stairs)
3. Turn right onto Polarisavenue
4. After 60 meters, turn right onto Taurusavenue
5. Walk 100 meters and the hotel will be on the left

By bus (19 minutes):

1. From Amsterdam Schiphol bus station (located outside the arrival hall), take the bus 300 (direction Haarlem Station) and get off at the stop “Hoofddorp Station”
2. Head Northwest toward Scorpius (150 meters)
3. Turn right onto Scorpius
4. Continue onto Taurusavenue
5. Turn slight left to stay in Taurusavenue. After 30 minutes, the hotel will be on the left

From Amsterdam Central (30 minutes):

1. From Amsterdam Central station, take any train that stops at Hoofddorp.
2. Follow same walking directions as points 2-5 in section “from Schiphol Airport – by train”

Ticket fares:

• Train: Train tickets from Schiphol are 3 EUR per way. From Central station the cost is 6 EUR per way. Tickets can be purchased online on https://www.ns.nl/en or at the vending machines located inside the stations. NB: Make sure to keep your train tickets once you validated them at the access gate as they will have to be scanned again to exit the stations.
• Bus from Schiphol: The bus ticket costs 2.18 EUR EUR. It can be purchased at the vending machines at the bus stop or inside the bus via contactless payment.

[Reach the venue by car]

If you are travelling via car, hotel has a private parking with 408 spots. The parking is located on Taurusavenue 12 and the cost is 18 EUR per day. The maximum height of vehicles allowed in the parking is 2.1 m.
