The Cancer Drug Development Forum (CDDF) is pleased to announce the release of a White Paper developed following the multi-stakeholder workshop “Dose Optimization in Cancer Drug Development,” held on 3–4 April 2023 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, as a hybrid event.
This workshop brought together regulators, academic researchers, industry leaders, and patient representatives to discuss dose-finding strategies in oncology drug development. The goal was to identify scientific and regulatory challenges and deliver actionable recommendations for improving dose selection and patient outcomes.
