We are delighted to announce that CDDF’s new whitepaper, Improving Patient Access to New Treatment Modalities in European Cancer Care, has been published in the Journal of Market Access & Health Policy this month.
This paper highlights practical challenges and solutions to bridge the gaps between new cancer treatment modalities and patients’ access, based on the CDDF multi-stakeholder Workshop on ‘New modalities in cancer drug development’ (Brussels, 31 March–1 April 2025), which shared insights from academics, regulators, patient groups, industry, and non-commercial organisations. The paper also provides actionable recommendations to address barriers in deploying novel cancer therapies.
