The Cancer Drug Development Forum (CDDF), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to accelerating cancer drug development and patient access, is looking for a talented Event Coordinator to join our team in Brussels.

CDDF brings together experts, regulators, and stakeholders in oncology to collaborate in a neutral, non-competitive space. We aim to drive meaningful progress in cancer treatment and access through our workshops, webinars, and annual conferences.

The Role
As Event Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for organizing a variety of events – from intimate workshops to major conferences and online webinars.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing event logistics from A to Z (venues, catering, AV, etc.)

Coordinating with committees and stakeholders

Handling registrations, travel, and accommodations for speakers

Developing event materials and supporting communications
-
Overseeing onsite coordination and post-event reporting
You will also contribute to other projects and initiatives within the organization.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in event coordination

Excellent command of written and spoken English
-
Strong digital skills (registration tools, email marketing, social media, hybrid meetings, etc.)

A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable personality
