Directions to the venue by public transport
From Zaventem airport (around 30 minutes):
Option 1: Via Brussels Central Station
- Arrival at Brussels Airport: After disembarking, follow signs to the luggage claim area and proceed to the arrival hall.
- Access the Train Station: In the arrival hall, turn right and follow signs to the train station located on level -1.
- Purchase Train Tickets: Buy your train ticket at the ticket counters or machines before entering the station.
- Board the Train: Take any train heading to Brussels Central Station (Bruxelles-Central). Trains depart approximately every 15 minutes, and the journey takes about 18 minutes.
- Walk to the Hotel: From Brussels Central Station, it’s about a 12-minute walk to the Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place (see image below or follow this link)
Option 2: Via Brussels North or South Station
- Follow points 1-3 of Option 1
- Board the Train: Take any train heading to either Brussels North (Bruxelles-Nord) or Brussels South (Bruxelles-Midi).
- To North Station: Trains depart approximately every 15 minutes, and the journey takes about 12 minutes.
- To South Station: Trains depart approximately every 15 minutes, and the journey takes about 20 minutes.
- Take Public Transport to the Hotel: From either station, take tram lines 3 or 4 to De Brouckère metro station.
- Walk to the Hotel: From De Brouckère station, it’s about a 4-minute walk to the Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place (see image below or follow this link)
From South Station (around 15 minutes):

Ticket fares:
- Train: A one-way ticket from Zaventem Airport costs €11.20. Tickets can be purchased online at SNCB website or at vending machines inside the station.
- Metro & Public Transport:
- A paper ticket costs €2.80, is valid for 1 hour, and can be bought at metro station vending machines. Payment is accepted via bank card or cash (coins only).
- Alternatively, tickets can be purchased via contactless payment at metro gates or when boarding a bus or tram. In this case, the fare is €2.30 per ride.
Note: Keep your train and metro tickets after validation, as they must be scanned again when exiting the stations.
Reach the venue by taxi
From Zaventem airport: Official taxis are located directly across from the arrivals hall—follow the signs to the taxi stand. Expect a possible queue. Only use licensed taxis, identifiable by a T-license plate and a blue-yellow symbol on the front. If you haven’t pre-booked a taxi, official taxis will be available at the taxi stand (outside the airport).
From Brussels Central, North and South: From the main stations, it is faster and cheaper to take the public transportation. However, taxi stands can be found outside each station.
Reach the venue by car
If you are travelling via car, there are two main options for parking (however other parkings are available closer to the Central Station):
- Parking Bourse Marriott Hotel – BePark: Situated close to the hotel, this covered parking is secure and accessible 24/7. The cost is 23 EUR/day.
- De Brouckère | Interparking or Brucity | Interparking: located in the centre of the capital Brussels, is right on De Brouckère Square. The cost is 28 EUR/day.
